Marselan Reserve 2021 is a red wine made from grapes from the San Jacinto vineyards, Canelones, aged for 6 months in American oak barrels. The vinification includes manual selection of the plot, maceration, and fermentation at controlled temperature. The use of American oak barrels enhances the intensity of the Marselan grape, resulting in a complex and elegant wine with a great mouthfeel, preserving the typical fruit character. Its color is vibrant, and its flavor is well-structured.
