The Licor de Tannat Reserva Familiar by Familia Dardanelli is a fortified red wine made 100% from Tannat grapes from the Las Violetas region, Canelones. The grapes were selected for over-ripening, which allowed for a greater concentration of color, sugar, and aromas. It is aged in American oak barrels, which enhances its flavors and aromas, creating a rich and smooth harmony. This dessert wine is dark purple, with intense tannins, vanilla aromas, and a pure cocoa flavor, with a honey-like texture. Ideal for pairing with chocolate desserts or as an aperitif with dried fruits.
